This is a greenfields role - you will not only run complex customer programmes, but also establish the frameworks, processes, governance, and reporting that will underpin OneReg’s global implementation function. With live customer projects ready to kick off, you’ll step straight into meaningful delivery while shaping how programme management operates long‑term.

Junior & Intermediate Quality Assurance Engineers / QA Testers
You’ll join OneReg’s engineering team in Auckland, working closely with developers, product, customers and implementation teams across New Zealand, Dubai, the UK and the EU. This is a hands-on software testing role where your QA testing, curiosity and product thinking will help us ship features quickly, confidently and with quality built in. Your eye for detail will matter here. You’ll help spot issues early, protect the customer experience and raise the quality bar as the product scales.

Junior-Intermediate Frontend Developer
You’ll join OneReg’s engineering team in Auckland, working closely with product, developers, QA and implementation teams across New Zealand, Dubai, the UK and the EU. This hands-on front end development role is ideal for a junior software developer or JavaScript developer who cares about clean, usable customer experiences. You’ll work on existing screens and flows, build new front-end features and help with white-labelling and branding updates. A big part of the role is making the product feel clearer, more consistent and easier to use. That means noticing the small things, like spacing, layout, wording, error messages and how each interaction feels for the user.

We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Lead who can take ownership of OneReg’s HR and people operations function. This is a hands-on, broad role for someone who can operate comfortably across employment processes, compliance, onboarding, performance, remuneration, policies, international employment obligations, and day-to-day people support.
