Compliance software built for aviation

One comprehensive system of record designed to save you time, reduce risk, and grow with your organisation as it changes.

Most aviation teams manage safety and compliance the hard way.

01
Safety and compliance data scattered across spreadsheets, paper files, and disconnected systems, with no single source of truth.
02
Manual admin eating up hours that should go toward safety and operations, not data entry.
03
Audit and inspection prep turning into a last-minute scramble because evidence isn't organised or current.
04
Limited real-time visibility into safety performance, risk, and compliance status across the organisation.
05
Legacy or generic software that doesn't reflect how aviation actually works, and can't adapt as your organisation does.

OneReg was built to solve exactly this. As one complete solution, one system of record, one source of truth.

Less admin. More oversight.

Reduced time and costs

Cut the cost of manual admin, duplicate data entry, and paying for multiple point solutions.

Operational efficiency

Connect safety, compliance, and document workflows so your team spends less time on process and more time on outcomes.

Full operational visibility

Real-time dashboards give leadership and frontline teams a single, accurate view of safety and compliance status.

Regulatory assurance

Stay ahead of regulatory obligations with automated tracking, alerts, and a single system of record.

Audit-ready, always

Evidence is organised and current, so you're never scrambling before an inspection.

Reduced technical complexity

OneReg replaces 3-12 separate legacy systems and manual processes on average, consolidating fragmented tools into one platform.

OneReg vs. other compliance platforms

How OneReg compares to the spreadsheets, point solutions, and generic platforms many aviation organisations rely on today.

Other solutions
Built for aviation
Purpose-built for regulated aviation operations
Adapted from generic or cross-industry tools
Coverage
One connected platform for safety, compliance, and documentation
Point solutions and manual processes stitched together
Configurability
Self-service configuration, no engineering fees
Vendor-led changes, project timelines, added cost
Integrations
Open APIs that connect with your existing tech stack
Closed, disconnected systems that don't talk to each other
Multi-org support
Native parent/child hierarchy for centralised governance with local autonomy
Struggles with parent/child structures; usually single-entity or bolted-on workarounds
Audit readiness
Audit-ready reporting, always on
Evidence gathered manually before every audit
Data ownership
Fully exportable, open formats, no lock-in
Often locked into the vendor's format
Powered by ai

Powered by AI.
Grounded in your data.

OneReg's embedded AI reads, interprets, and cross-references your regulatory documents in real time, so your team spends less time searching and more time acting. AI that works only within your organisation's data, maintaining integrity.

Document intelligence

Document intelligence surfaces relevant regulations in context, exactly when your team needs them.

Not generic AI

Strict referential behaviour grounded in your own documents, not general AI outputs.

Ethical controls

Ethical use controls built in from the ground up.

Future capability

AI-assisted document intelligence is available today, in beta, with further capability in active development.

Reconfigure anytime. No vendor. No fees.

Most compliance platforms are built once and locked in, and changing them means vendor involvement, project budgets, and starting fresh. OneReg is different: your administrators reconfigure workflows, forms, and processes anytime, with your historical data intact.

Traditional Platforms
Vendor required for changes
No engineering fees, no project plans, no waiting
Fixed configurations
Self-service configuration and reconfiguration any time
History lost after changes
Your historical data stays intact
Engineering invoices for every change
Configure, improve, repeat, as often as you need

Frequently asked questions

What integrations does OneReg support?

OneReg is designed to fit into the technology stack you already use. It connects with your existing operational, safety, and reporting systems through APIs and standard data formats, and because OneReg is fully configurable, new integrations can be added as your needs change.

Are you GDPR compliant?

Yes. OneReg is GDPR-aligned and SOC 2 compliant. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit (AES-256), and we run annual third-party penetration testing.

How long does implementation take?

Most customers are operational within a few weeks to a few months. OneReg can be used out-of-the-box or can be fully configured for specific organisational needs. Setup will move at your pace, as fast as you want to go.

What does OneReg cost? Is pricing based on user licenses?

OneReg pricing is scaled based the number of modules adopted and the size of the organisation, to keep the platform benefits accessible to all levels of the aviation industry. We do not restrict you to traditional user licences, as we know that any critical digital infrastructure needs to be accessed by many different stakeholders that change over time, which requires flexibility with number of users.

Does OneReg support Single Sign On (SSO)?

Yes. OneReg supports SSO via OpenID Connect (OIDC) with native connectors for Microsoft and Okta identity services, and offers the flexibility to integrate with other SSO providers upon request, making it easy to tailor authentication to your enterprise needs. OneReg also supports SCIM for provisioning users into the system.

Where are your customers based?

OneReg supports customers globally, including in the United Kingdon, European Union, United States, Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East.

Can I try OneReg before committing - do you offer a sandbox environment?

Yes. We can set up a demonstration environment so your team can explore OneReg's workflows and features hands-on before making a decision. Talk to us about arranging one for your organisation.

What AI capabilities does OneReg have, now and in the future?

OneReg's AI-assisted document intelligence is currently in beta. It reads and cross-references your regulatory documents in real time, surfacing relevant regulations in context, and it works only within your own organisation's data, never across customers. Strict referential behaviour and ethical use controls are built in. Further AI capability is in active development and will roll out over time.

What does support look like after implementation?

Every customer has a dedicated customer success manager, plus ongoing training and advice as your organisation and use of OneReg evolves.

Where can I find help if I have a question, without contacting the team directly?

Helpful resources including the OneReg User Manual, Training Videos, and a Change Log are available at all times under the Support menu in the OneReg platform.
